Photo shoots are booked online through my scheduling system. Simply choose the services you need, select an available date and time, and complete the booking details. If you have questions before booking or need help selecting services, feel free to reach out.
How do I book a photo shoot?

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Standard real estate photography is typically delivered within 24 hours. Turnaround times for additional services such as twilight photography, drone imagery, video walkthroughs, or 3D tours may vary slightly depending on the scope of the project. Faster delivery options may be available upon request.
How are photos delivered?

Final images are delivered digitally through a private online gallery. Each gallery includes a unique link that agents can easily share with their clients to view the photos. From the gallery, images can be downloaded for MLS, marketing, and client presentations, making delivery simple and convenient.
In most cases, you do not need to be present as long as the property is accessible and ready for photography. Many agents provide access instructions ahead of time. If you prefer to be on-site or have specific requests, you’re welcome to attend the shoot.
Do I need to be present at the shoot?

Preparing a property before the photo shoot helps ensure the best possible results. I recommend having the home cleaned, decluttered, and staged prior to the scheduled time, with lights working and personal items minimized. Simple preparation allows the space to photograph cleanly and accurately.

I provide real estate photography services throughout Salem, Silverton, and the surrounding Willamette Valley. If your listing is outside these areas, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to discuss availability and travel options.

Photo shoots may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
This policy helps account for reserved time and scheduling commitments. If unexpected situations arise, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Photos are licensed for use in marketing the specific property they were created for. This includes MLS listings, real estate websites, social media, print marketing, and client presentations related to that listing. The license does not allow reuse of the images for other properties, third-party advertising, or resale without prior permission.
How can the photos be used?

I include travel within 20 miles of Silverton, Oregon at no additional cost.
For properties located beyond this radius, a mileage fee of $0.72 per mile (calculated one way beyond the initial 20 miles) may apply.
